Jenny started her yoga practice in 1996, with Edward Clark (Tripsichore). She gained her 500hr teaching qualification with Stewart Gilchrist (East London School of Yoga). She is a RYT 600hrs and teaches Yogasana, Restorative Yoga and Pranayama classes in and around london.

From Jenny’s teaching you will get engaging and energetic classes with a disciplined and detailed approach, clear verbal cues and strong hands-on adjustments. All rooted in traditional yoga philosophy.

She delights in sharing her continuous learnings and carrying on the tradition of parampara, passing on the knowledge that her teachers have shared with her. 

Her direct approach and ability to make the practice accessible, enables and hopefully inspires students to cultivate a steady regular practice.
